Since converting the prayer list to a blog, I've been trying to figure out how to alert all of you to new requests without being annoying. Almost every time I send out more than one notice a week, someone unsubscribes. So what I'm going to do is send out the notice for new requests on Fridays only. That means if a request comes in early in the week and I have time to add it to the blog, anyone can view it online--but the email notice will only go out on Friday. (If there are no requests, no notice will go out.)
For urgent requests, I will make a decision as they come in. However my idea of an urgent request is not what most requestors view as an urgent request. For me the only truly urgent requests are those where a soul is in danger of an unprovided death (without the sacraments).
God bless,
Celine McCoy

P.S. Today is the 18th anniversary of my mother's death. Our family would appreciate your prayers for the repose of her soul. Her name was Jean.

A young man, Ryan, has to have his foot amputated on Friday. He is in need of prayers for healing so further amputation is unnecessary, for severe depression, and for conversion. His mother needs prayers as well.

Please pray for a dear friend who broke her shoulder, Peggy H. She is in her upper 80's and has been very devoted to Our Lady of Fatima and Divine Mercy all her life. Thank you all.
