Please pray for my friend, Kim, who has been through so much and desperately needs our prayers. Her brother died suddenly while on vacation with his young family; now Kim has had a heart attack and stroke that has left her paralyzed on one side. She and her husband Ron have 2 young children. Please pray for this family, that Kim might receive a full healing.

My daughter flew to Missouri to speak on my behalf at a parole board hearing for the man who murdered my father. Please pray that the murderer remain behind bars another 5 years so our family can try to find peace again--until the next hearing.

Please pray for the success of the Holy Rosary Elizabeth Ann Seton Learning Center. We will open our doors to the children of Gate City (a very poor, depressed, crime-filled area) on Sept. 8. Our goal is to empower the children, improve the community, reduce illiteracy, and bring the love of Jesus to the children.

I just received yet another notification that a resident of our small subdivision has died. This is 4 people in just a few months. Please pray for the repose of their souls: Steven Neal, Royse Chilton, Vic Schnieder, and Wessley Sullivan.
