What I really wanted everyone to do was to read the story of Sid Ortis, whom we have been praying for for the past year or so. A friend of ours and member of the prayer list had sent in the request for him because he was her son's boss. I had no idea he had such a touching story: Mountain Brook Teen and LSU Superfan Dies. Those from the prayer list who have died since last November 2:
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon them.
May their souls and the souls of the all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
